This funding will finance a portfolio of 25\u00a0 energy efficiency projects distributed across Europe and the United States. The portfolio includes\u00a0 ambitious decarbonization programs for major industrial groups (automotive, agri-food, metallurgy)\u00a0 as well as key players in the retail sector. <\/strong><\/p>\n

A Major Contribution to Industrial Energy Performance\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Once implemented, these projects will save 57 GWh of electricity and 10 GWh of gas annually, while\u00a0 avoiding the emission of 9,500 tons of CO2 per year. They represent a significant step forward in the\u00a0 energy transition for large industries, leveraging proven technological solutions. The financed\u00a0 projects include a broad range of technologies such as waste heat recovery, LED relamping, variable\u00a0 speed drive integration, thermal insulation, and the installation of sensors and energy consumption\u00a0 management systems. Kyotherm retains ownership of the installations and oversees their operation\u00a0 and maintenance, using the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol\u00a0 (IPMVP) to assess energy savings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

An Innovative Model and Optimized Portfolio Management\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Most of these projects are based on the Energy Savings-as-a-Service (EaaS) model, allowing\u00a0 Kyotherm\u2019s clients to benefit from energy savings without directly bearing the investment costs.\u00a0 Through energy performance contracts averaging ten years, clients can offload these investments\u00a0 from their balance sheets, promoting their transition to more sustainable solutions while enabling\u00a0 them to focus on their core business.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This operation underscores Kyotherm\u2019s ability to structure a cohesive portfolio in terms of\u00a0 technologies, geographies, and contractual frameworks, ensuring long-term financing.\u00a0 Simultaneously, Kyotherm demonstrates expertise in risk management related to the design,\u00a0 implementation, and maintenance of these projects by collaborating with renowned technical\u00a0 partners.
